Tender: Turnkey Project for Sterilization Unit, Laundry, Operation Theatres & Medical Gas System — Khyber College of Dentistry, Peshawar

Dean, Khyber College of Dentistry (KCD-MTI), Peshawar invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders registered with FBR (Income Tax, Sales Tax and active taxpayer on ATL) for a turnkey project involving establishment of Departmental Sterilization Units, Laundry, and revamping of Operation Theatres and Medical Gases System.

How to obtain documents & submit: Bid documents may be downloaded from the Khyber College of Dentistry website (https://kcd.edu.pk/tenders) and the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS only; hand-delivered or hard-copy alternate bids are not acceptable. A complete set of bidding documents is required as per published instructions.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting with interested bidders will be held on 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, KCD. Prospective bidders should attend to review the bid solicitation and raise queries.

Submission & opening: Bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 2026-09-03, 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must also upload scanned PDFs of technical and financial bids separately as instructed.

Important conditions: Financial bids must be accompanied by irrevocable bid security as specified. Bids accompanied by Pay Order will be rejected. Original bid security must be submitted at the time of bid opening where required. Procurement will be carried out as per applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa public procurement rules and KCD/MTI policy. The Dean, KCD-MTI reserves the right to cancel any or all bids without assigning a reason under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa public procurement regulatory authority.
