WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid: Procurement of White Metal for Turbine Guide Bearing

Issuer: Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA - Tarbela Dam.

Purpose: E-bids are invited for procurement of white metal for turbine guide bearing for Tarbela Power Station on DDP basis. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Submission method and documents: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) by the stated EPADS deadline. Manual/physical submission of bids is not entertained. Each bidder shall furnish bid security in the form of CDR, bank draft, Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela. Where bid security is not required, bidders must furnish the Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document. The original hard copy of the bid security must reach the office before or on the bid closing/submission time. Insurance guarantees will not be acceptable.

Interested vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The advertisement is also available on PPRA and WAPDA websites.
