| Eligibility | Sealed electronic bids invited from eligible firms/companies holding valid and active NTN and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). Firms must be on the Active Tax Payers List. Registered entities/ firms paying Sales Tax and Income Tax can participate; pay and an include in the Active Tax Payers List of FBR. Tender should be accompanied by certified copy of firm’s registration, General Sales Tax Registration, certified copy of National Tax Number and bank account details. |
| Registration/Platform | Registration on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 is mandatory. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only. |
| Method | Single Stage Two Envelope method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) instructions. |
| Bid Security | Bid security in prescribed value must be submitted in accepted forms: Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft. Bid Securing Declaration may also be submitted where permitted. |
| Submission Deadline | Electronic bids must be prepared and submitted via EPADS up to 11:00 AM on Monday, 2026-08-24. |
