Advisor for Development Budget (PPS-10) — Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives

The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives invites applications for the position of Advisor for Development Budget (PPS-10) under the Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening project to support development budget formulation, public investment management and related policy functions. Required: 16 years of education (master's) in Economics, Public Finance, Development Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration (Finance) or a related discipline, and approximately 15 years' experience in development budgeting, public financial management, public investment management or macroeconomic analysis.
