Public Notice: Proposed Purchase of Residential Plot No.103 in Canton Quarters, Karachi

PISHOR & PISHORI Advocates, Barristers & Legal Consultants, on behalf of their client, give notice that their client is contracting to purchase the residential amalgamated open plot bearing No. 103 measuring 4,035 square yards (Survey No. C.F.1-5) situated in Canton Quarters, Karachi, from Khawaja Aboul Ghari Majeed through his legally constituted Attorney Taha Raza (CNIC No. 42301-4649606-9). The purchase will be effected by transfer of title through execution and conveyance deed before the Sub-Canton Town, Karachi, with delivery of vacant and peaceful possession.
