Annual Tender 2026-27 — Pathology Lab Kits & Reagents | Jinnah Institute of Cardiology Lahore

Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites e-bids from well-reputed firms for procurement under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website and the E-PADS portal. Bids will be submitted electronically via the E-PAD portal and opened publicly as per the schedule below.

Key instructions: A 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost must be furnished in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee in original and is mandatory. Original bid security must be submitted in the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes prior to the tender opening time. Non-submission of original bid security within the stipulated time will result in rejection. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process or reject bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Response time for the PPRA website will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View_Tender.aspx).
