- Eligible engineering firms/companies (including joint ventures) must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with appropriate specialization codes (examples listed include EE-04, EE-05, CE-10) and must meet other standard prequalification requirements (registration, tax status, relevant experience and documentation as specified in the bidding documents).
