Head Procurement invites sealed bids from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply on FOR, Islamabad basis. Tender documents are issued on written request on firm letterhead with bank draft/pay order in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad. All tenders follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Tender fee Rs. 2,000 (per package) — cash will not be accepted. Earnest money 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Director Finance is required.

Key submission & eligibility notes:
- Tender documents: Obtainable on written request on firm letterhead with bank draft/pay order in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one working day before opening.
- Tender fee: Bank draft/pay order only; cash not accepted. The original bank draft should reach the issuing office one day before tender opening.
- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) must accompany the tender in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
- Tenders must be super-scribed with the tender number and due date. Tenders received after the opening time/date will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment subject to satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage.
