Request for Bids — Purchase of Computer Stationery (Ref: P79927) — Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad

Issuer: Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs), Office Superintendent, Plot No. 24, Mauve Area, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. PID No. 1155/26.

Purpose: Procurement of computer stationery under the contract reference P79927 for FY 2026-27.

Procurement Method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulatory guidance. Bidders must follow instructions in the e-Bidding documents on EPADS v2.0.

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit, or bidders may submit a bid securing declaration as permitted by the bidding documents.

All interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to download bidding documents and to submit bids electronically.

Deadline & Opening: E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 21, 2026 at 15:30 (03:30 PM). E-bids will be opened the same day at 16:00 (04:00 PM) on EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids is allowed only for bidders who are not registered on EPADS; such bidders should follow the instructions in the bidding documents and are encouraged to register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.
