District Health Officer Nagar Tender Notice – Procurement & Repair (Financial Year 2026-27)

Issuer: Government of Gilgit Baltistan, Office of the District Health Officer, Nagar (Dr. Faiz Ali Shah).

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from well-reputed and experienced registered firms for procurement and repair works against the regular budget of DDOs of District Health Office Nagar (including National Program / EPI Program) and DDO RHC Chalt for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding documents and terms & conditions can be obtained from the District Health Office Nagar on written request against a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000 (treasury receipt) on any working day before closing hours.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted to the District Health Office Nagar on 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A bid security in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost made in the name of District Health Officer Nagar must accompany each tender and will remain with the office until completion of supply and expiry of warranty. Contractors/suppliers should be sole proprietors and have the same shop/store/workshop name as on their registration.

Important conditions: Incomplete or conditional bids, bids with unrealistic prices, or bids not conforming to prescribed requirements will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities, accept/reject any or all tenders, and make final decisions in case of disputes.
