GM/PD Dasu HPP (Dasu Hydropower Project), Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for procurement of works: Construction of Dubair Road - Package-1 (Reference: P67895). Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and part of the proceeds will be applied to this contract.
Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted.
