Tender Notice FY 2026-27 – Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Medical & Lab Equipment, Plant & Machinery)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Raw Road, Rawalpindi. Sealed bids are invited under PPRA Rules 2014 for purchase and repair works for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree for FY 2026-27. Registered bidders with relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan may participate.

• Bidding documents, terms and quantities are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and institute websites.
• A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System according to the schedule above.
• Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit a CDR/Bank Guarantee equivalent to 2% of the estimated price. Bid security must also be provided/uploaded as prescribed on the e-Procurement platform.
• Bids will be opened on the stated opening date; if the date is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the opening date with the same time and venue.
• RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any expenses or losses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery, or submission of bids.
