BECL Tender: Provision of Home Solar Schemes in District Pishin (Package 1)

Issuer: Balochistan Energy Company Limited (BECL). Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Scope: Execution of home solar schemes in Killi Bishainamal, Killi Jan Muhammad and adjoining villages in District Pishin (Package 1).

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bidder must appear on the Active Taxpayers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority as required.
• Relevant PEC registration (C-4 and above) with appropriate specialization in solar energy is required.
• Bidders must demonstrate completion of similar assignments and financial capacity as specified in the bidding documents.
