PHE Division Karak-I Tenders for Repair & Maintenance Works (2026-27) – Submission by 2026-08-31

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Karak-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Electronic bids are invited via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for repair and maintenance works for the 2026-27 financial year. Key submission & opening information: Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS platform by 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-31 (opening time as specified by the authority).

Eligibility & required documents:

• Valid PEC registration (with active status) and KPRA registration plus FBR NTN certificate (active).
• KP Central Enlistment Registration.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper declaring no blacklisting.
• Form-H / SECP registration if applicable; Partnership Deed / Power of Attorney if applicable.
• Specific codalities required: C-EE-09 for civil; EE-05, EE-04, ME-07 and EE-11 for repair of electric machinery and solar works.
• For packages S.No. 1 and 2 (electrical/mechanical), bidders must provide proof of a registered Electrical & Mechanical workshop in the firm name (local / district Karak based workshops preferred) with a certificate verified by the concerned SDOs and XEN as notified by the Superintendent Engineer PHE Circle Karak.

Fees & procurement process: Tender form fee 0.03% in the shape of a pay order in the name of XEN PHE Division Karak-I. Bidding will be processed through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Right to reject: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
