Issuer: Mohsin Tayebaly & Co., Corporate Legal Consultants, Barristers & Advocates (High Courts & Supreme Court).
Purpose: To notify any person, corporation, company, financial institution, authority, government body, etc., having any interest, claim, right, title, lien or any sort of objection in respect of the sale transaction or the property to submit documentary evidence of such interest within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of this public notice; otherwise all claims shall be deemed waived and the sale transaction shall be completed and the property transferred to the purchaser free from all encumbrances and claims.
