ANF Peshawar Tender Notice – Vehicle & Building Maintenance and Furniture Supply (FY 2026/2027)

Regional Directorate, Anti Narcotics Force (Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms/ manufacturers duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for supply of services/items for Financial Year 2026/2027. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Tender documents available from the office of the DD (RM) during working hours on official letterhead on submission of copies of NTN, GST (Sales Tax) registration, CNIC and experience certificate.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tenders must be submitted on or before 2026-08-24 (submission cut-off as per office timing). Late bids will not be accepted.

- Bids must be accompanied by a refundable call deposit equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of bank draft / pay order in favour of the Director, RD ANF Peshawar.

- Samples (where applicable) and lab reports should be deposited with the tender. Bidders must provide copies of NTN, GST registration and CNIC with the bid. Incomplete bids or bids without required documents/earnest money will be rejected.

- Income Tax & Sales Tax will be deducted as per law. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules and to cancel the process without assigning any reason.

- Rates/quotations must remain valid until 2027-06-30.
