Eligibility and requirements:

• Only typed tenders on the firm’s original letterhead, signed and stamped on every page, submitted via E-PAD will be accepted. Handwritten tenders are not acceptable.
• Bidders must also submit a hard copy of the bid along with the original bid security and original stamp papers as required; original bid security must be submitted before the closing date and time.
• Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013 (Act No. XXI of 2013).
• Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
• Bid security in the shape of a Pay Order is not acceptable.
