Khyber Medical College Peshawar Invites E-Bids for Supplies (Tender 2026-27)

Issuer: Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar (MTI). KMC invites electronic bids via EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) for multiple supply tenders for fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered on EPADS.

Key submission details:

- Download bidding documents from EPADS after publication until the last submission date.
- Upload scanned bids and all mandatory documents (including scanned bid security) on EPADS on or before 2026-08-21 by 11:00 AM (PST).
- Original CDR / original bid security must be delivered to the office of the Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College Peshawar on or before 2026-08-21 at 11:00 AM (PST). Bids whose original bid security does not reach the office by the closing date/time will be rejected.
- Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM (PST).

- Bids accompanied by Pay Order (PO) will be rejected. Bids submitted by hand/post/courier/email/fax will NOT be accepted. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. KMC reserves the right to cancel any or all e-bids under Rule 47 of KP-PPRA.
