HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids – Rehabilitation & Reconstruction Works at 132 kV Grid Stations (Two NCBs)

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids (Single Stage One Envelope) from eligible contractors for two National Competitive Bidding (NCB) packages for rehabilitation and reconstruction of boundary wall portions at 132 kV grid stations. Bidders must be registered with PPRA/EPADS and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (renewed for 2026-27) in the required category and demonstrate the required construction experience.

Key requirements and notes:

• Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27 in the specified category and code and must meet the experience requirements (five (5) years of experience is indicated).
• Tendering will follow the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method in accordance with PPRA rules.
• Bid security, financial and technical eligibility requirements, and other submission conditions are set in the bidding documents.
• Interested bidders should obtain bidding documents and submit e-bids as specified in the tender documents. Non-compliant or conditional bids may be rejected.
