Issuer: Nazir Cotton Mills Limited. An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the company will be held to consider and, if thought fit, to pass special resolutions relating to disposal of company land, alteration of the principal line of business, change of company name to "Nazir Ventures Limited" and other related special business as set out in the notice.

Shareholder and voting instructions:

• Share transfer books will be closed from 2026-08-20 to 2026-08-27 (both days inclusive).
• Transfers received by the Company’s Independent Share Registrar (CorpLink (Pvt) Limited, Wranggler Arcade 1-K, Commercial Model Town, Lahore) by close of business on 2026-08-19 will be treated in time for the meeting.
• E-voting period: starts 2026-08-23 at 09:00 AM and closes 2026-08-26 at 05:00 PM. Members entitled to vote may use the e-voting facility.
• Shareholders who wish to attend the EGM through video link must register by emailing [email protected]. Registration deadline for receiving the video link is 2026-08-24 by 05:00 PM. A video link will be provided to verified members at the registered email address.
