Tender: External Development & Infrastructure Works at Chenab Club, Faisalabad

Issuer: The Chenab Club, Faisalabad (Honorary Secretary). The Club invites sealed bids on an item-rate basis through the Single Stage, Single Envelope bidding process from PEC-registered contractors (Category C-2 or above) with relevant experience in similar projects.

Key submission and eligibility notes:

• Tender documents may be obtained from the Office of the Chenab Club, Faisalabad during office hours on payment of the non-refundable tender fee stated above.
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the Club Office by the bid submission deadline specified in the tender documents.
• Bid security must be provided as 2% of the bid price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of The Chenab Club.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee (as per the tender document requirements) before issuance of the work order.
• Eligibility highlights: PEC registration Category C-2 or above, active FBR registration (and other statutory registrations where applicable), and relevant experience in similar works as specified in the tender documents.
• Evaluation, acceptance/rejection, and other terms and conditions are as set out in the tender documents; the Chenab Club reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
