Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan).
Purpose: Final opportunity for personal hearing in disciplinary proceedings concerning alleged misconduct and the proposed imposition of a major penalty following an inquiry officer's recommendation.
Subject: Mr. Zafar Mehdi, S/o Muhammad Mehdi, Security Supervisor (BPS-07).
Details: Disciplinary proceedings were initiated under the Employees (Service) Regulations, 2020 and Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2020. The Competent Authority (Director General, FGEHA) previously issued notices for appearance on 2025-10-28 and 2025-11-15, but Mr. Zafar Mehdi neither appeared nor responded in writing. He is now given a final opportunity to appear before the Director General, FGEHA within 15 days of issuance of this notice to defend the charges. If he does not appear, the Competent Authority will decide the case on the basis of the inquiry officer's report without further notice.
