District Police Jhelum invites e-bids for frame work (rate) contracts for Financial Year 2026-2027 from reputable, financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax (and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable) and Professional Tax. Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents and submission are through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Important dates & submission: E-bids will be received until 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Submit bids online via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Complete terms, conditions, and bid documents are available on the e-procurement portal.
Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and meet financial/technical capacity requirements. Bid security for each lot is 2% of the estimated cost.
