Tender Notice No. 16/2026 — Procurement of Various Items for Kundian (Pak Secretariat, Islamabad)

A public sector organization (Head of Procurement, H-Block near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department for the supply of various items for Kundian. Tender documents are available on submission of a written request and the non-refundable tender fee (as shown per item) by Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to the Principal Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit or cash for the tender fee will not be accepted.

Office hours to obtain documents: Monday–Friday, 09:00–13:00 (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Tenders will be received up to the stated opening date by 13:30 hours and will be opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
