Public Auction: Surplus Medical & Diagnostic Equipment — Abbottabad

Administrator (P.O. Box No. 110, Abbottabad) invites sealed public auction bids for serviceable/unserviceable/obsolete medical and diagnostic equipment on an "as is, where is" basis. Inspection and submission are managed through the Store Department, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad.

Key auction conditions

- Earnest money: 10% of the bid amount must be submitted with the bid in the shape of CDR/PO in favour of the Sr. Accounts Officer, otherwise the bid will not be entertained.

- Envelopes must be sealed, clearly marked as a "Financial Proposal" and delivered to the Store Department (P.O. Box No. 110, Abbottabad).

- Items are available for inspection at the site from 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs (except Friday & Sunday). Please contact the Store Department (Ext: 253) for inspection arrangements.

- The administrator reserves the right to accept/reject any bid(s) and to withdraw any unplanned/unfinished public holiday tender on the next working day.

How to apply / submit bids

- Obtain item inspection and submission details from the Store Department at P.O. Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad. Inspection hours: 0900–1400 (except Friday & Sunday).

- Prepare sealed financial proposal with 10% CDR/PO as earnest money and deliver to the Store Department by the stated submission deadline. For procedural queries contact the Store Department (Ext: 253).
