Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid (EPADS) – 19 Packages of D.E. Locomotive Spares

Issuer: Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore. Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the procurement of locomotive spare parts (D.E. locomotive spares) in multiple tender packages.

• Eligible bidders: Original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, with a registered office.
• Competitive bidding will be conducted adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations and instructions.
• All bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the stated closing dates. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered on EPADS to participate.
• Each bid must be accompanied by the required Bid Security (Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or other acceptable instruments) as specified in the bidding documents.
