Pakistan Post Tender: Procurement of 100 Cargo Loader Tricycles & 100 Lockable Rear Cargo Boxes

Issuer: Directorate General, Pakistan Post (Ministry of Communications). Purpose: Procurement of cargo loader tricycles with lockable covered rear cargo boxes to strengthen last-mile mail delivery operations for FY 2026-27.

Procedure & eligibility:

- Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations/guidelines.

- E-bids are invited from eligible bidders. All bidders must register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.

Submission, deadline & opening:

- EPADS registration and e-bid submission deadline: 2026-08-25 on or before 11:00 AM (Tuesday, August 25, 2026).

- E-bids will be opened on the same day, Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Bid security & documents:

- All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form and amount described in the Bidding Document (Pay Order / Demand Draft). Where bid security is not required by the Procuring Agency, bidders must furnish the Bid Security Declaration as specified in the Bidding Document.
