Notice Inviting Tender — Road Works (BSDI Phase-III) District Killa Saifullah

Executive Engineer (Roads), CW, PPH Department, District Killa Saifullah invites sealed/electronic bids from firms/contractors with valid registration and experience for the year 2026, under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (BSDI) Phase-III 2026-27. Works are to be executed on percentage rate basis as per Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026.

Important Instructions:

- Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014 and BPPRA regulations. Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be used. Each bidder must submit separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes.

- Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Eligibility will be checked and unconditional bids only will be considered.

- Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required as indicated above. Tender fee as specified for each package must be paid.

- Issuance of Tender Documents: From publication date up to 20 August 2026 during office hours against written request and prescribed fee.

- Last date & time for submission of bids: 2026-08-20, by 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer. Late bids will not be accepted.
