Tender: Remaining Portion of B/T Road Gorani to RD 238 — Naseerabad (Dera Murad Jamali)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Naseerabad Division, Dera Murad Jamali.

Invitation for electronic bids (EPPS System) for construction work under Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended).

Method of Procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.

Basic eligibility and mandatory requirements: Valid PEC registration (duly renewed) in category C-4 or above with relevant specialization code(s); registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; presence on FBR Active Tax Payers List (ATL) and valid Income Tax registration; turnover requirement for the last two years; completion of at least 2 assignments of similar nature; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Other conditions and detailed criteria are in the bidding documents.

Bid security: 3% of bid amount in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in favor of the undersigned.

Tender processing fee: Non-refundable Rs. 2,500/- to be deposited into Government Treasury under Head of Account C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via EPPS supplier dashboard only. Last date and time for e-submission: 2026-08-24 until 10:00 AM. Tender opening: same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS System.
