Quetta Development Authority Tender: Development Works at Karachi Bus Terminal (Est. PKR 500,000,000)

The Quetta Development Authority invites bids for development works at Karachi Bus Terminal for the year 2028 based on composite schedule rates 2026. Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required.

Tender Fee: 50001- and Bid Security: 2%.

Eligibility and requirements: presence in the Active Tax Payer List; the bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature, with turnover of at least 350,000,000 PKR in three subsequent previous years. Submission of CDR/Challan for cash deposit is required. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, not blacklisted, no major litigation, no non-performance in last 5 years and no failure to sign contract. Bidders must have undertaken/completed at least 3 projects (200% similar activities; maintenance, patchwork & rehabilitation excluded), each costing 250% of estimated cost, undertaken within the last 5 years. No subletting/subcontracting.

Procedure of procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must accompany bids in the form of bank guarantee/deposit at call of 2% in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.

Last Date of bid submission: Bid can only be submitted electronically latest by 19 August, 202501 12:00 PM through supplier dashboard.
