CTD Rahim Yar Khan Tender Notice — Framework E-Bids for Hiring, Supplies & Repairs (FY 2026-27)

Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Rahim Yar Khan invites e-bids under a Framework Contract in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for hiring of services and purchase/repair items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms/contractors registered for sales tax and other statutory registrations may submit bids online.

Scope (selected items as listed): Hiring of vehicles; hot & cold pool charges (purchase of lubricants); stationery & computer stationery; electronic communication; payment for services rendered; purchase of dietary items; repair/replacement of parts & spare parts of vehicles; repair of machinery & equipment; repair/replacement of furniture/hardware & interior; repair of software and miscellaneous items.

Important notes: Bids must follow the technical and financial submission requirements set out in the tender documents. In case of technical difficulties submitting e-bids, hard copies of sealed technical and financial bids may be submitted to the CTD Rahim Yar Khan office before the deadline in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents and PPRA rules.
