Tender Notice — Framework Supply Contracts (Multiple Packages) | THQ Hospital Chunian

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chunian invites bids from eligible, registered firms/contractors for framework supply contracts for multiple supply categories. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 (as amended).

Key instructions: bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered on the portal; response times are calculated from the date/time on the portal. Earnest money/ bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be uploaded on the portal in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Call Deposit Receipt in the name of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chunian. Manual, conditional or late bids will not be entertained. Single Stage One Envelope method will be used as per PPR-2014. The successful contractor will be responsible for payment of applicable taxes and for submission of performance guarantee as required.
