Tender: U-Turns at Airport Road, Quetta — Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development

Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development invites electronic bids for the execution of the following work under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids. Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of estimated cost.

Eligibility and key requirements:

• Firm must be on Active Taxpayers List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency.
• Registration required with relevant authorities.
• Bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with aggregate turnover/experience of at least PKR 630,000,000 in the previous three years and demonstrate adequate financial capacity.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-2 or above (relevant category up to PKR 1,000 million). Specialized/working code: Civil/road & pavements, drainage & retaining structures (CE classification shown).

Procurement procedure: Single Stage — Two Envelope bidding. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee, deposit at call, or as specified above from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned. Tender processing fee to be deposited to the specified account (Account No. shown in notice).
