Tender: Construction of Chander Bhan Flood Bund — Khangarh Canal Division, Muzaffargarh

Punjab Irrigation Department, Office of the Executive Engineer, Khangarh Canal Division, Muzaffargarh invites e-bids under Single Stage – Single Envelope from eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and enlisted on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual/hardcopy bids or submissions by other means will not be accepted.

- Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and provide valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27, proof of professional tax payment, copy of CNIC, and registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for 2026-27.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (rounded suitably) must be provided digitally via the e-Pay system or by Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable in favor of Executive Engineer Khangarh Canal Division, Muzaffargarh and transmitted to the Bank of Punjab by issuing bank via SWIFT or NIFT. Bids without the required earnest money/bid security will be considered non-responsive.

- After uploading bids, participating firms or their authorized representatives must attend the Chief Engineer/Procurement office in Lahore for retrieval/opening by the Central Procurement Committee/Tender Opening Committee.

- The successful bidder will be required to deposit a Performance Guarantee (10% of the bid amount) and execute the agreement immediately after issuance of the acceptance letter.

- Bid opening (retrieval on Punjab e-Procurement System): 2026-08-21 at 01:30 PM (bidders/authorized representatives must attend).
