A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department (with own offices and telephone/fax numbers) for the purchase/supply of a range of items and materials. Tender documents are available on submission of a written request and the required non-refundable tender fee (bank draft / pay order) payable to the Pr. Accounts Officer. Tenders will be received and opened on the dates shown below. Tenders must be submitted by 13:00 on the stated opening date and will be opened at 14:00 the same day in the presence of bidders.

How to apply: Tender documents are available from the office of Head (Procurement) on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 on submission of a written request and the non-refundable tender fee by Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to the Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit or cash will not be accepted. Tenders must be submitted by 13:00 on the stated opening date; opening will be at 14:00 the same day. Tender documents cannot be purchased on the opening day. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per rules.
