Issuer: Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) (Federal). The Authority invites e-bids for procurement of non-consultancy services for the "Selection of International Educational / Professional Institution for Strategic Partnership in Capacity Building of Procurement Professionals" under FY 2026-27.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure and will adopt Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (bank guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration) in the prescribed format.
e-Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Manual submissions will not be entertained. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement in terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
