NADRA RHO Lahore Tender: Hire Rented Building for Registration Center in Chunian (2,500–4,000 sqft)

Issuer: Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control — NADRA (National Database & Registration Authority), Regional Head Office Lahore.

Purpose: Hiring of a rented building to operate a NADRA Registration Center at Chunian, Tehsil Chunian, District Kasur.

How to apply: Interested firms/companies/owners must register and submit proposals via ePADS on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-procurement portal: https://eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Deadline and opening: Submit proposals on or before 2026-08-21 not later than 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day on ePADS at 1130 hrs. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.

Bid security: In addition to the ePADS submission, the original bid security of Rs. 10,000 (refundable) must be submitted in an envelope in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order of any scheduled bank in favor of "NADRA REGIONAL HDQ OFFICE LAHORE" before the e-bid submission deadline.

Conditions and notes: No brokerage/service charges will be paid to real estate agents. Bids may be rejected if the owner of the selected building fails to produce required/acceptable property documents. The competent authority may reject all proposals at any time prior to acceptance, as provided under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
