Invitation for Bids (NCB) – Medical Superintendent, Category-B Hospital Chakdara (FY 2026-27)

The Medical Superintendent, Category-B Hospital Chakdara, District Lower Dir invites sealed bids through the e-PAQs Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from eligible manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, contractors, authorized dealers and sole agents for procurement of goods, services and works for the Financial Year 2026-27. Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014.

Key submission and eligibility information:

• Eligible bidders: manufacturers, importers, distributors, suppliers, contractors, authorized dealers and sole agents as applicable.
• Bid security: as specified per lot (bank CDR) — see table below.
• Registration: Bidders must be registered with e-PADS, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.
• Bid documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours or downloaded from the e-PADS portal.
• Bid submission: Electronic bids must be uploaded on e-PADS. Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the specified amount must be submitted in favour of the Medical Superintendent, Category-B Hospital Chakdara, District Lower Dir, as specified in the bidding documents.
• Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30.
• Deadline for submission: 2026-08-22 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-22 at 11:30 AM via e-PADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Important notes: Rates must be quoted in both figures and words. Bids with overwriting, unauthenticated corrections or incomplete documentation may be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
