Tender: Construction of Jadgamal Ikyar Road — Executive Engineer Roads, Pishin

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Communication Department (Roads), CWPP&H Department, District Pishin. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules 2014.

Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids are required. Method of procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bid validity: 90 days. Tender fee (non-refundable): PKR 1,500. Earnest money: 3% in shape of Call Deposit. Call Deposit must be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before technical bid opening. No bank drafts or banker’s cheques will be acceptable.

Basic eligibility: Valid, updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration/renewal in relevant category (e.g., C3 & above) with relevant work codes; valid tax registrations (NTN, Sales Tax, BRA as applicable). Bidder must have completed at least three similar nature assignments. All other eligibility factors are detailed in bidding documents.

Bidding documents: Obtain from the office of the undersigned on production of green challan deposited in Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan (head of account C-02716 Civil Works) for the stated fee, or download from BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk). Bidders who download must also provide the deposited green challan form for the fee.

Submission deadline: 2026-08-20. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be disqualified and face legal action. The undersigned reserves the right to reject all bids as per BPPRA rules.
