Quetta Development Authority Tender: Development Works at Karachi Bus Terminal (Est. 500,000,000)

Issuer: Quetta Development Authority. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Single-stage, two-envelope electronic bidding via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS / supplier dashboard).

Purpose: Execution of Development Works at Karachi Bus Terminal for Year 2026 on composite schedule rates 2025 on percentage rates.

Key eligibility and conditions:

- Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.

- Registration with relevant Balochistan revenue/registration authority is required.

- Bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and demonstrate a turnover of at least 350,000,000 in three preceding years.

- Bidder must provide CDR/Challan for cash deposit where required and an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, not blacklisted, no major litigation, no non-performance in last 5 years and no failure to sign contracts in Pakistan or any international agency.

- No subletting / subcontracting permitted. Bidders must have undertaken/completed at least 3 projects (similar activities; maintenance, patchwork & rehabilitation excluded) within the last 5 years.
