Invitation for Bids — Flood Management Works (Kachhi Plains, Sibi) | BWSPIP (World Bank)

Issuer: Project Director, Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project (BWSPIP) funded by World Bank Credit IDA7790-PAK. The Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for construction works under the Flood Management of Kachhi Plains.

Procurement Method: National Competitive Procurement (NCP) using Request for Bids (RFB) method in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations. Bidding documents available for download from the e-procurement portal and from the Office of the Project Director (BWSPIP/BID-PIU). Bidders may purchase printed bidding documents from the Project Office on payment of the specified fee. A pre-bid meeting will be held (see bidding documents for exact date/time). Queries may be submitted by email to the Project Office as specified in the bidding documents.

Important Bid Conditions: Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address of the Project Director by the bid submission deadline. Bids shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents (advertisement indicates PKR 2,000,000). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
