The Communication & Works (C&W) Highway Division, Mardan, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms/contractors under the E-PAD system on a Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 15/09/2021).
