Tender: Supply & Installation of 3" UVCP Pipe – Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM), Mastung

Deputy Director Agriculture On-Farm Water Management (OFWM), Mastung, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and installation works under the Balochistan OFWM programme. Procurement will follow BPP Rules 2014 and BPPRA e-Procurement procedures.

Key eligibility and requirements:

• Must be on the Active Tax Payers List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required.
• Minimum experience: completion of at least 4 assignments of similar nature.
• Minimum financial capacity / turnover requirement shown in bidding documents (amount stated in notice).
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C-6 or above for works up to limits shown in the tender).

Bid security and documents:

• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, in form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call (as specified).
• Tender documents (non-refundable fee) are available from the Office of the Deputy Director Agriculture (OFWM), Mastung, during office hours.
• Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by required bid security.

Submission and opening:

• Last date & time for submission: 2026-08-24 by 11:00 AM.
• Bid opening: same day (24 August 2026) at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
