Tender: Provision & Installation of Home Solar Systems — Mastung, Balochistan

Senior Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Mastung invites electronic bids for provision and installation of home solar systems. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids.

Eligibility & key conditions: Firms must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) and be active on the Income Tax Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidding documents are available from the office of the Senior Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Mastung on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the prescribed form (bank guarantee / deposit) equal to 3% of the bid amount. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system. Bids will be opened on the e-procurement portal at 10:00 AM on the specified opening date.
