Tender: Supply, Repair and Maintenance Works — Public Health Engineering Division Mastung

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Mastung invites sealed tenders from approved/registered contractors/firms of the Public Health Engineering Department, Balochistan for multiple supply and maintenance works for the financial year 2026-27. Works are grouped under Schedule A (supply of pipes, fittings and related materials) and a schedule of repair/maintenance / job items (electrical, mechanical and civil repair works, rewinding of motors, repair of PVC pipelines, supply of small items and miscellaneous jobs).

Key procurement terms: Bidders must be registered with tax authorities (NTN and Sales Tax) and hold required professional registration. Tender fee of Rs.1,500 per work must be deposited through Green Challan (head of account C-02725-02) in the National Bank of Pakistan. Bid security (earnest money) equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of call deposit is required. Procurement will follow the BPPRA single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Tender documents will be issued to bidders on production of required original deposit/challan and documents; bids will be received and opened at the Public Health Engineering Division office in Mastung in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
