ISMO e-Bids: Hiring of Legal Consultancy Services (Corporate & Regulatory; Contracts & Dispute Resolution)

Issuer: Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO), incorporated under Section 47 of the Companies Act, 2017. ISMO invites e-Bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Portal for hiring legal consultancy services.

Registration & Documents: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. E-Bidding Documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening and evaluation procedures can be accessed via the EPADS portal or downloaded from ISMO.

Procurement Procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004 (and applicable regulations/guidelines). The procurement is open to all potential bidders.

Clarification Deadline: Prospective bidders may request clarification on any aspect of the Bidding Documents by 18 August 2026.

Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-08-27 at 11:00 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 Hrs in the Committee Room, ISMO Building, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
