CDA Invitation to E-Bid: Development of Capital House, Sector F-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bid documents will be available on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk from 2026-07-20. Bidding follows the Two Stages Two Envelopes procedure under the Public Procurement Rules and e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023.

Key facts: refundable bid security of Rs. 33.00 million; bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 31-08-2026 11:00 AM (technical bid opening 31-08-2026 11:30 AM). Scanned bid security must be uploaded and the original pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA must be provided before opening. Technical opening will be held at the office of Director P&CA-I, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
