CDA Invitation to E-Bid: Development of Capital House, Sector F-5, Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad. Bidders must submit bids on EPADS; bid security of Rs. 33.00 million (pay order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA) is required. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened publicly on 2026-08-31 at 11:30 AM at the office of Director P&CA-I, Block III, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.

Electronic bidding documents will be available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) from 2026-07-20. Bidders must upload scanned bid security and submit original pay order/CDR before technical bid opening.
