Eligibility & Submission Requirements:
- Registered companies/firms/contractors are eligible.
- Bidders must provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost.
- Required documents include an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation, bank certificate/balance sheet/financial soundness evidence, proof of NTN/Income Tax & Sales Tax registration, and provincial taxes certificate and company profile where applicable.
- All terms and conditions must be signed and stamped and included in the tender documents.
Procurement Rules & Notes:
- Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- Late bids or bids submitted off the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be accepted.
- The successful bidder shall be required to furnish the performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount.
