Office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division South Waziristan Lower (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-bids on the ePADS single-stage single-envelope procedure for construction and solarization works under the Merged Districts ADP (ADP #2740 for 2026-27). Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) where applicable.
